One of several projects completed for tw telecom. This particular project involved improvements to an existing facility, converting a portion of warehouse space to a room for an Uninteruptable Power Supply system. Scope included new roof system, rooftop condensers, condensate drains, new electrical service, new generator, emergency generator power system, in addition to build-out of the room (ceiling, floor coverings, walls and doors).
