This 26-story residential condominium project, Benson Tower, was the first point tower in the City of Portland. The 26-story building fits on a 13,000 sf site, overlooking Portland State University and the South Park Blocks. The design features 143 residential condos, ranging in size from 557 sf to 1,342 sf, each with high ceilings and a private balcony. The building features underground parking for 150, two high-speed elevators and a ground floor fitness center for residents. The ground floor also holds a 3,000 sf private garden and terrace, and a striking public water feature that can be enjoyed from the sidewalk. MCA Architects was the architect of record for this new development and Hancock Bruckner Eng & Wright Architects was the design architect.
