This project involved renovation of a building on the National Register of Historic Places.
The scope included seismic upgrades, repair and restoration of historic cast iron details,
restoration of wood and glass storefronts, and design of exterior roof decks. MCA also
added new egress stairs, elevators and a new sprinkler system. The full remodel was
designed to accommodate ground floor retail, high-tech advertising offices above, and
a roof top garden and patio.
