MCA Architects designed a new branch office for Pacific Continental Bank in Tualatin. The interior of the 6,590 sf, two-story building features handsomely detailed finishes and classic materials such as granite, slate and Douglas Fir timber. Much of the wood used for interior trim and casework is locally harvested. The resulting space is elegant, practical and inviting for Pacific Continental’s staff and customers. The site is located on the east side of I-5 at Nyberg Street, immediately adjacent to the I-5 on-ramp. The bank has a single drive-up teller window and is sited to maximize accessibility and the building’s visibility from I-5. Exterior finishes compliment the surrounding commercial shopping complex.
